§ 10-1. Establishment; membership.

The Town voted to establish a Council on Aging consisting of from seven to 11 citizens of this Town, appointed by the Town Manager for terms not to exceed four years for any member. Said terms shall be staggered so that not more than three appointments shall be made in any calendar year. Members can be reappointed for concurrent terms.
