§ 175-1. Penalties for offenses.

The following penalties will be charged for violations of the liquor license laws, such as serving or selling to minors, serving an intoxicated person, etc., that have been proven in court. Both the seller and the buyer will be punished.

A.
For a first offense: closed for 15 days.

B.
Second offense: closed for 30 days.

C.
Three offenses under the same owner: license is revoked.
